Terms of Service

TrackNora (https://tracknora.com) is operated by Digital Services LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at 27 Takaishvili 36-38, P.O. Box 6004, Batumi, Georgia. Your agreement for the Service is with Digital Services LLC.

Card payments are processed by our affiliated company SWYPE FZE (Dubai World Trade Center, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Floor 04, No. FZBA 095 SRT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Your card statement may therefore show SWYPE FZE rather than Digital Services LLC, next to the descriptor TRACKNORA. If a charge looks unfamiliar, that is why — email us before disputing it and we will resolve or refund it straight away.

By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service. Questions go to support@tracknora.com.

TrackNora is a collection of small, single-purpose web tools. The tool currently available converts a bank or credit card statement PDF into an Excel or CSV file. The conversion runs inside your own browser: the file is read on your device and is not uploaded to us.

The Service is sold per conversion, not as a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.

There is no account to create, no password to manage and no login. We do not operate a newsletter and will not add you to a mailing list. The only email you receive from a purchase is the receipt Stripe sends on our behalf.

• The price is $14 per conversion, shown before you pay and charged once.
• Payment is taken by SWYPE FZE on our behalf, through Stripe. Neither Digital Services LLC nor SWYPE FZE ever sees or stores your card details — see the Privacy Policy.
• Refunds are given on request, without argument. If the output is wrong, unusable, or simply not what you expected, email support@tracknora.com or reply to your Stripe receipt and we will refund you in full.
• You can see the converted data, and check it, before you pay. Paying unlocks the full file for download; it does not commit you to keeping it.

Your statement is parsed on your device and we never receive a copy, so we cannot recover it for you. If you close the tab or clear your browser storage after paying, the data is gone from our side as well as yours — download the file before you leave.

The converter checks each page against the statement’s own opening and closing balances and tells you whether the figures reconcile. That check is a strong signal, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it for accounting, tax or any other purpose.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that breaks an applicable law or regulation.
• To process a document you have no right to process.
• To impersonate Digital Services LLC, its staff, or any other person.
• In any way that could disable, overburden or impair the Service.
• With a robot, spider or other automated device, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• To introduce viruses or other harmful material.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see how far people get through the converter, and Google Ads to record that a purchase followed one of our adverts. Both are configured so that no part of your statement — and no payment reference — is sent to them. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for use by people aged eighteen (18) or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least eighteen.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the property of Digital Services LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The TrackNora name and our other trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

The file you convert is yours. We claim no rights over your statement or over the spreadsheet produced from it.

The Service may link to sites we do not control, including Stripe’s checkout. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of them.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

Except where prohibited by law, neither Digital Services LLC nor SWYPE FZE is liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages. Where liability is found, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the conversion in question.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the Service at any time, without notice, including for breach of these terms. Since there is no account, you end your relationship with us simply by not using the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

We may amend the Service or these terms at any time by posting the amended version on this page and updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
